Key Competencies & What You Can Expect Deliver consistently high-quality food using strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. Lead, train, and support a high-performing kitchen team with a focus on collaboration, communication, and accountability. Maintain compliance with all food safety, HACCP, and WHS regulations, including audits and documentation. Manage kitchen operations, stock control, food cost, rostering, and multiple service periods (e.g. lunch, dinner, events). Play a key role in menu planning, seasonal updates, and aligning kitchen output with business goals.
